Karnataka SWRT Recruitment 2026 for 140 Residential School Teacher Posts

Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA), on behalf of the Department of Social Welfare, Government of Karnataka, has announced Karnataka SWRT Recruitment 2026 for 140 Residential School Teacher posts. The recruitment includes 100 vacancies under the Residual Post Cadre (RPC) and 40 vacancies under the Kalyana Karnataka (KK) quota. Candidates generally need PUC with the prescribed marks along with D.El.Ed, B.El.Ed or Diploma in Education (Special Education) and must have passed the applicable Teacher Eligibility Test (TET). The posts carry a pay scale of ₹41,300 to ₹81,800 per month. Online applications started on 21 August 2026 and can be submitted until 18 September 2026.

2. Open the Recruitments section and locate the SWRT Teacher Recruitment 2026 notification.
3. Check the applicable RPC or Kalyana Karnataka notification before applying.
4. Complete the online registration with the required personal details.
5. Fill in the educational, TET, category and other required information.
6. Upload the prescribed photograph, signature, educational certificates and TET certificate.
7. Review the completed application carefully before final submission.
8. Pay the applicable application and processing fee through the prescribed mode.
9. Submit the online application by 18 September 2026.
10. Complete fee payment by 19 September 2026 and retain a copy of the submitted application for future reference.
