The recruitment is exclusively for serving Senior Civil Judges of the Karnataka Judicial Service who have completed at least three years in the Senior Civil Judge cadre and seven years of combined service as Civil Judge and Senior Civil Judge. Candidates must also have attained 35 years of age.
