The vacancies are available across DGQA establishments in Secunderabad, Bengaluru, Jabalpur, and Chandigarh. Candidates with 10th pass and ITI qualifications can apply offline by sending the prescribed application form through Registered or Speed Post. The application must reach within 21 days from the publication of the notification in Employment News.

Download the prescribed application form from the official DGQA notification.
Fill the application form in English using block letters.
Affix a recent self-attested passport-size photograph on the application form and admit card.
Attach self-attested copies of educational certificates, ITI certificate, experience certificate (for Skilled posts), age proof, caste certificate (if applicable), Aadhaar card, and other required documents.
Enclose one self-addressed envelope (30 cm × 12 cm) with a ₹55 postage stamp.
Superscribe the envelope with the post name and category as prescribed in the notification.
Send the completed application through Registered Post or Speed Post to the prescribed DGQA address so that it reaches within the specified application period.
